Attention all ECI grantees:

Welcome to SHIP WebGrants!!

Effective immediately, SHIP WebGrants has been implemented to create an online platform for all billing reimbursement claims, budget amendments, correspondance, and payment vouchers.  The billing voucher system has been caught up with YTD claims so actual dollars spent against your budget are reflective through 03/31/2019.  SHIP requires that all backup documentation must be attached and uploaded along with your reimbursement claim each month.  You must also retain a physical copy of your financial claim forms and supporting documentation in compliance with federal retention policies.  All billing moving forward from this point must be submitted using WebGrants.  Paper form requests will no longer be accepted unless prior authorization is provided by SHIP.  Upon request, SHIP can provide you with further instructions for use of the online platform.

Please maintain compliance with your contracts regarding the submission timeline of the monthly claim reimbursement.

TIMELINE OF SUBMISSION AND GRANT REVIEW PROCESS

•        Wednesday, February 6, 2019 - RFA Release Date (Tentative)

•        Friday, March 22, 2019 – Renewal Submission Deadline 4:30 PM

•        Monday, March 25, 2019 – Grant Review process begins

•        Tuesday, May 14, 2019 - Grant Review Meeting @ Northwest AEA – Room G

•        Friday, May 17, 2019 - SHIP Board of Directors meeting with final approval of committee recommendations

•        Monday, May 20, 2019 - Funding notifications (pending state budget allocation)
