•        Tuesday, March 16, 2026 – Application Submission Deadline 11:59 PM

•        Monday, March 23, 2026 – Grant Review process begins

•        TBD, May TBD, 2026 - Grant Review Meeting @ TBD

•        Friday, May 15, 2026 - SHIP Board of Directors meeting with final approval of committee   

         recommendations

•        Monday, May 18, 2026 - Funding notifications (pending state budget allocation)

All reimbursement claims must be completed in WebGrants on or before the 10th day of the subsequent month with all supporting documentation uploaded to back up each prior month claim.
